1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Lime Juice
Shake above ingedients with ice in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a wedge of lime.

1/2 oz Triple Sec
2 oz Sour Mix
Mix with ice, then add a dash of Cola for colour. Garnish with a lemon slice.

2 1/2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
1 dash bitters (optional)
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lime Juice
Rum the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice, and dip in salt.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into the salt-rimmed glass.

1 & 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Vermouth
Stir vermouth and gin over ice cubes in a mixing glass. Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with twist of lemon peel or olive.

2 oz. Chilled Orange Juice
Chilled Champagne
Pour chilled orange juice into a flute and fill with the champagne.
Garnish with an orange slice.

4 ounces bourbon whiskey
4 to 6 sprigs of mint
2 sugar cubes
Put Bourbon, Mint, and Sugar into the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Muddle to dissolve sugar and blend mint leaves. Let stand for a bit to help release the mint flavor.
Add ice, and shake well to chill, then strain into a glass filled with shaved ice.

4 oz.Pineapple Juice
Chilled Champagne
Pour the brandy and pineapple juice over ice in a highball glass. Top up with the Champagne.

1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Pour the rum into an Irish coffee mug and fill with warm milk.
Sweeten to taste, stir and sprinkle with nutmeg.

1 tsp granulated sugar
Half fill a shaker with ice cubes, add all ingredients, shake and strain into cocktail glass.

Stir well with cracked ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

1 part Blue Curacao
Slowly and carefully pour each ingredient into a shotglass in order above

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes add all ingrdients. Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry or a lemon twist.
